The Assistant Manager – Cash Incentive (FDIRM) role involves managing and verifying export cash incentive applications by ensuring compliance with policies set by Bangladesh Bank and the Ministry of Commerce. The position requires reviewing financial and export documents, coordinating with banks, exporters, and regulatory bodies, and maintaining accurate records and reports. It also includes supporting foreign investors with incentive-related guidance, monitoring policy updates, and helping improve processing efficiency.
Manage and process government/export cash incentive claims accurately and on time.
Prepare and review required documents as per regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with banks, government authorities, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and incentive schemes.
Maintain proper records and track status of claims and receivables.
Monitor updates in incentive regulations and advise management accordingly.
Supervise junior staff and ensure timely submission of applications.
Strong analytical skills to review financial and export documents.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills with banks and exporters.
Understanding of trade finance and export procedures.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
Problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset.
