* Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business performance at the outlet.

* Achieve monthly sales targets, gross profit goals, and monitor key operational KPIs (basket size, footfall, margins).

* Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to maintain stock accuracy, monitor product freshness, and minimize wastage, expiry, and shrinkage.

* Maintain high visual merchandising standards, accurate pricing, shelf presentation, cleanliness, and planogram compliance.

* Lead, roster, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals and uphold customer service standards.

* Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR), Goods Received Notes (GRN), cash reconciliation, and POS systems in line with company SOPs.

* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, workplace health & safety standards, and head office policies.

* Achieve financial goals including sales growth, footfall, gross profit, and basket size optimization.

* Ensure accurate cash and inventory management, timely outlet opening and closing, and attendance tracking

* Monitor product stocks, place timely purchase demands, and maintain proper product quality and availability

* Deliver exceptional customer service, manage relationships with special customers, and develop local sales channels
