The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing campaigns to promote HL Real Estate Ltd.'s projects and services, increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales through digital channels.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
Manage company social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create and publish engaging digital content.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns.
Run and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads where applicable.
Generate and manage online leads.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Analyze audience behavior, engagement, leads, and conversion performance.
Conduct basic SEO and website promotion activities.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and sales teams.
Research competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
Stay updated with current social media and digital advertising trends.
Maintain consistent branding across digital platforms.
