Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing brand strategies to achieve market share and brand growth
  • Defining brand positioning, unique selling points, and messaging in alignment with market trends and consumer insights
  • Ensuring consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication platforms
  • Conducting market research to understand consumer needs, perceptions, and trends
  • Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats
  • Using insights from market research to drive brand positioning and marketing efforts
  • Working with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing
  • Overseeing the production of branded assets, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and are effectively communicated
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results
  • Collaborating with product development teams to ensure products align with brand goals and customer expectations
  • Coordinating with sales teams to determine optimal pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies
  • Managing the product launch process, from development to marketing execution, to ensure a successful rollout
  • Monitoring brand performance metrics, including awareness, engagement, conversion rates, and sales
  • Providing regular reports to leadership on brand performance and insights
  • Adjusting strategies as necessary based on performance data to achieve brand goals
  • Working closely with the sales, creative, product, and customer service teams to deliver a consistent brand experience
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed
  • Act as the brand advocate within the organization, ensuring that all departments understand and support brand initiatives


Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
