Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Prepare job descriptions for technical roles.
Manage stakeholder and candidate communication.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of top tech talent through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and market research.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements and company culture.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor in the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters as needed.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Proven experience as a Technical Recruitment in the Software or IT industry.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Labor Law of Bangladesh.
Ability to work independently and cooperate with different teams.
Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions.
Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position.
Well proficient with ATS platforms, Google Sheet and MS-Office
