Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Prepare job descriptions for technical roles.
  • Manage stakeholder and candidate communication.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of top tech talent through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and market research.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements and company culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor in the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters as needed.


Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
