MoMAGIC is a sister concern of the local conglomerate, Edison Group. Based in the heart of the city, Rangs babylonia, Tejgaon-Gulshan Link Road [On top of Mercedes Benz showroom]. We are a small team of champions who drive great amount of benefits to the core company through operational excellence and unique businesses. We interact with Telecoms, Handset Manufacturers, Advertisement Engines and also local/international FMCGs in Bangladesh and Southeast Asia. We drive game publishing, huge traffic based web applications, customer reach-out tools. We are looking for a digital product manager who can handle the customer facing of a very new and unique product portfolio. Mainly responsible for building brands online, ensuring healthy profit in the digital ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across Meta, Google, display, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage ad spend, targeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting for all running campaigns.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Jasper) to boost content creation and campaign productivity.

Platform Monetization & Traffic Growth

  • Lead user acquisition and engagement strategies across owned platforms and apps.
  • Drive monetization across display ads, subscription funnels, and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Set and track goals for user growth, active users, ARPU, and churn.

Analytics, KPI, and Data-Driven Marketing

  • Own marketing dashboards and performance analytics: CAC, LTV, CTR, ROAS, bounce rates, funnel drop-offs, etc.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Power BI to derive actionable insights.
  • Use first-party data and behavioral analytics for segmentation, retargeting, and predictive marketing.

Content & Platform Oversight

  • Oversee CMS operations, push notifications, banners, store listings, and digital content accuracy.
  • Collaborate with tech/product teams for content rollout, landing pages, and conversion optimization.

Affiliate & Partnership Marketing

  • Design and manage affiliate partnerships for traffic growth.
  • Tiktok influencer affiliation program design.
  • Track and analyze partner performance to ensure profitable acquisition.

Growth Marketing & AI Integration

  • Test and scale martech and AI-driven tools for automation, personalization, and user journey optimization.
  • Run growth experiments to continuously refine campaign efficiency and retention.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with tech, product, design, and business teams.
  • Train internal teams on marketing tools and analytics dashboards.


Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
  • BRAC University,East West University,North South University,Southeast University,University of Dhaka students will get preference
