Backend Developer

Job Context:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side components of our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems, APIs, and services.
Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
Optimize application performance and scalability by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Implement and maintain database schemas and manage data storage solutions (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of all backend systems.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Stay current with industry trends, backend development tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes.
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure continuous integration and deployment pipelines are efficient and reliable.
