Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and manage the HR, Admin and Compliance work effectively.
  • Organize and coordinate external and internal audits including BSCI, HIGG, RCS, OCS and other buyer-specific audits audits ie. H&M, M&S, ZARA, NEXT, LC Waikiki, KIABI, Walmart etc.
  • Conduct recruitment, interviews and selection process.
  • Monitor employee attendance, discipline and behavior
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law (2006 & amended 2015)
  • Maintain employee performance evaluation records and HR database
  • Organize worker welfare and motivational programs
  • Prepare and process monthly salaries, overtime, leaves, and other benefits
  • Generate accurate payroll sheets based on attendance records
  • Prepare salary reports and submit them to management
  • Coordinate with bank and accounts department for timely salary disbursement
  • Manage deductions for income tax, provident fund, loans, etc.
  • Prepare full and final settlements with all necessary documentation
  • Liaise with external bodies, including government officials, third-party auditors, and buyers’ representatives.
  • Any other task assigned by the management time to time.


Education Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom),Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Major area in Human Resource Management from a reputed university.
  • Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.

Other Information:

  • Should have sound knowledge of Administration, General HR, HR Operations, Payroll & HR Policy.
  • Preference will be given to the applicants who have previous work experience as HR, Admin, and Compliance Officer or are working in any reputed apparel industry or RMG Accessories Company.
  • Ability to work in challenging environment.
  • Applicant must be able to pick up the use of HR management software promptly.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
