Implement effective production control measures to prevent delays and bottlenecks. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency. Monitor low-efficiency production lines and workers, taking the necessary steps to improve efficiency levels. Analyze individual operator performance through the system and develop action plans to enhance their skills. Collaborate with the production and technical teams to develop worker skills and improve overall efficiency. Work effectively to achieve the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
