Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise 24/7 ISP Customer Care activities to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Serve as the Technical Key Account Manager (KAM) for all internal and external issues related to the assigned Clients.
  • Build a good relationship with the Client, also arrange and attend meetings at the client's premises.
  • Ensure Client satisfaction with top quality support service.
  • Monitor all Network Infrastructure and Priority clients connections and seek attention if any improvement is needed.
  • Prepare and send Daily/Monthly reports to clients.
  • Cordinates with different internal teams to improve support efficiency and accountability.
  • Make sure services are delivered on time and follow operational standards.
  • Take responsibility for departmental tasks when needed.
  • Other tasks assigned by Management.
  • Ready to work in Holidays.


Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering
