Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • The incumbent will lead HR initiatives relatives related to workforce planning & talent acquistion.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR trends and best practices to support business objectives.
  • To lead succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Responsible for training & development, talent management and retention strategies, including employee career development programs.
  • Ensure effective onboarding processes to integrate new hires successfully into the organizition.
  • Lead the perfomance management process, including setting objectives, monitoring performance and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Implement a fair and motivating rewards and recognition program to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company`s values and objectives.
  • Address employee grievances and implement policies that foster a supportive and safe work enviroment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, international HR standards and organizational policies.
  • Develop, update and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain high standards of operations and governance.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data to support decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain a peacefull industrial relationship between management and workers.
  • Dealing with all admin issues, Attendence & Leave Management, Compensation/Benefits, Perfomance & Career Management.


Education Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
