Supervise and coordinate daily sewing line operations to achieve production targets.

Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery.

Allocate work and provide guidance, coaching, and support to sewing operators.

Identify production issues and implement effective corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Maintenance teams to improve line performance.

Prepare and submit daily production and performance reports.

Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of garment sewing operations and production processes.
