The Sewing Operator will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments according to production specifications and quality standards. The role requires maintaining productivity, ensuring accurate stitching, and following safety and company guidelines throughout the manufacturing process.
Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch garment components accurately.
Follow production specifications, patterns, and quality standards.
Ensure garments are free from sewing defects and meet quality requirements.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
Perform basic machine cleaning and report any mechanical issues.
Handle fabrics and garment materials carefully to minimize waste.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Follow factory rules, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
Good knowledge of industrial sewing machines and garment construction.
Ability to meet production targets under deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Minimum SSC or equivalent.
